Our experiences

Send us a story about your life as a disabled person. As individuals we are very different. As a community we have experiences in common.

You could write about - your experience of disability, a recent insight or inspiration or how you express yourself in the world. Maybe you’re an artist, a sportsperson, a parent, a traveller, a reader or a writer? Send us words, pics and videos. Try and keep words under 400 and videos under two minutes.
