South Dunedin research with disabled people about climate change

Disabled researchers Raven and Áine are exploring how climate change affects disabled people in the South Dunedin community – especially around flooding and how the city can plan for an inclusive future.

They are still looking for a few more participants who live in or regularly visit South Dunedin, particularly people who are d/Deaf, tāngata whenua, tāgata moana, or have recently migrated to Aotearoa.

This project is part of an international study called Sensing Climate.

If you’d like to know more, email the researchers
