Free mental health support with Talk Time Online

Looking for free, non-clinical mental wellbeing support? Talk Time Online, run by the Mental Health Education and Resource Centre (MHERC), offers weekly online discussion groups where people can kōrero about mental health, learn practical strategies, and connect with others in a welcoming space.

Talk Time Online covers a range of topics including managing anxiety, building everyday wellbeing habits, alcohol and other drug (AOD) wellbeing and harm reduction strategies, rainbow diversity and allyship education, and tips for navigating motherhood. Each topic runs as a separate online group, with its own registration (AOD groups do not require registration), so people can choose what’s relevant to them. All sessions are facilitated by experts in their topic, with some facilitators drawing on lived experience.

Groups are held via Zoom and are free to attend. Participants can engage with the group or attend anonymously if they prefer.
