Would you be able to manage for 3 days in an emergency?

Join DPA and Christchurch Civil Defence Emergency Management at a workshop where we will begin creating our own emergency plans. Each person’s plan will be different.

We will talk about where each of us can get support, how we can communicate our needs, and about sharing our plans after the workshop.

All are welcome. You do not need to have been to the Stage 1 Workshop to join us.

When: Monday 31 August 2026
Time: 10am to 1pm (doors open 9.45am)
Where: Braintree Wellness Centre, 70 Langdons Road, Christchurch

Accessibility: The venue is accessible for wheelchairs and has free parking.

When you register, please let us know if you require an NZSL interpreter, have any accessibility or dietary requirements.
